Our refund and returns policy lasts for 2 hours. If 2 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
No Refund for Courses and Services: No refund will be provided for the purchase of any course or service made through the Level Up Wave website or affiliate links after 2 hours of the purchase under any circumstances.
Refund Policy for Mystery Boxes: For Mystery Boxes, our refund and returns policy also lasts for 2 hours. If 2 hours have passed since your purchase and the box has not been opened, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return & Refund Policy: Our cancel and refund policy also lasts for 2 hours if the course has not been viewed. If 2 hours have passed since your purchase and the course remains unseen, we cannot offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your course must be unseen.
Refunds Process: Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
